Malinda Montgomery was born and raised in Omaha Nebraska and moved to Central Florida in 1979. Malinda holds an AS degree in Graphic Design from The Southeast Center for Photo/Graphic Studies at Daytona Beach Community College, and had worked in direct mail for 3 years. She then obtained her Florida real estate license in 2002.  Her past work in sales includes 14 years with a major car rental company, 5 years in jewelry sales, and as a Realtor in Port Orange, Florida specializing in residential sales, then with a developer of condotels as an on site sales agent. In 2006 when she moved to Singer Island to continue perusing her career as a Realtor working with a condominium conversion in residential sales throughout the area. She has been a member of Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors,. Now she has returned to Daytona Beach area  and rejoined the Daytona Beach Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realors. During her spare time, Malinda enjoys the arts, the beach, and volunteering for charity events.
