Lynn was born in Ohio and has lived in Plantation, Florida since 1970. Her son, two daughters and granddaughter also live in Plantation.

Lynn has been involved in the title industry for over 35 years (W379109). Her depth of knowledge and expertise in ALL aspects of title, construction, land surveying and real estate contracts provides her clients with a depth of knowledge that is unparalleled.

Lynn’s goal is always to provide her clients with “Peace of Mind” for their transactions. Her clients can attest to the fact that she is available 24/7, not just Monday through Friday.

Lynn is also a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC1507479) and the Owner/President of Stoner Construction, Inc. Stoner Construction participates in a variety of governmental, commercial and residential projects. She is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker (BK0510532) who consults with national and local owners, developers, lenders and attorneys regarding potential investments. She previously was the owner of a local land surveying company here in Broward County, Florida.

Lynn is a member of the Greater Plantation Chamber of Commerce, GFWC Plantation Woman’s Club, Plantation Acres Women’s Club, Plantation Historical Society, Kiwanis Club of Plantation, National Association of Women in Construction.
