One thing is true you can't serve two masters so I have decided to focus completely on technology.  My backgournd includes working as a technology professional building ad-hoc applications for major corporations, pro bono work to help organizations live the dream, and at times working as a federal contractor.  I have taughtt technology courses at teh beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels for a Business College.  

I began my real estate career as a licensed real estate agent in Virginia in 1995. My experience in real estate began when I started with Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority in 1988 as a Senior Administrative Specialist with the Design and Construction Department. After a year I transferred to the Turnkey III Home Ownership Program in Wellington Oaks where I stayed for 9-1/2 years. I resigned in 1999 after having obtained my second under graduate degree from Norfolk State University.  I was making more money part-time as a real estate agent than I was making being gainfully employed during the day.  I went to work for Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Secretary in Employee Benefits.  After six months at the railroad I was promoted to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst in HR Systems. The biggest life long career mistake was when I took the voluntary severance in 2003 the same year my divorce became final.    

In recent years I have worked as a Website Designer and SharePoint Developer as a federal contractor. I was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. A 1981 Graduate of Maury High School in Norfolk, Virginia. I attended college at Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi my first year in college where I was a member of the Sonic Boom of the South and a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Freshman Honor Society. In August of 1982 I began college at Saint Augustine's College in Raleigh, North Carolina where I was a member of the concert band, Alpha Mu Honor Society, and a cheerleader. The year I cheered at Saint Aug we won the CIAA tournament at Norfolk Scope and went on to #4 in Massachusetts at the NCAA Finals. During the summer in college I worked at IBM in Reaseach Triangle Park, North Carolina. I have been blessed to have experiences where I have interacted with people from all walks of life. For years in real estate the bulk of my business came from selling and listing distressed properties. My forte was the reporting side because I am an A-type personality who believes in dotting the I's and crossing the t's. Technology has been my niche which helps my online marketing get results!
