| To Whom It May Concern: In the process of house hunting over the past year, we have had the incredible luck of having Lynn Bower as our agent. Having spent 18 years in the customer service business I like to think I am well versed in the art of customer service and the levels that are expected by people. Lynn managed to exceed them all. Aside from the standard realtor services one would expect, Lynn proceeded to rewrite that book. She did research on the school districts we were interested. She found curriculums and principle ratings that made it easy to pick a district. She went so far as trying to set up a school visit. She dug deep and got us the info we needed to make an educated decision. And her intel did not disappoint. The home we wanted and looked for is now ours.
