Became a realtor in 2003-4. I obtained the Gri designation in 2005. I moved to DeLand in 1969 and attended Stetson Univ and graduated with a B/A degree in history. I worked for the cCounty of Volusia for 25 years and until I retired. I traveled the county form alll points across it and have seen the growth and the changes that have been made to the area. Some changes were  good and sme are not so good. Growth here has cotinued as it has thru much of Florida and it will continue to grow as more people decide that the cold and snow is not for them.

I am a firm believer in telling things as they are. If a price is too high, that is what I will tell the customer If a deal is too expensive, then I will say that. I feel that working with a customer means that they deserve to know what I think based on what I believe the market value might be. Agree or not, I feel I am responsible to provide my insights to the people I work with. That is the best way for them to mke an informed decision.
