I have been in the real estate industry since 1989.  I practically fell into a position as an escrow assistant and passed the Limited Practice Officer test in 1991.  After 6 years of providing professional top notch escrow services in Eastern Washington, I made a change to the lending "side" and became a subprime wholesale account executive.  From that, it was an easy jump to mortgage origination and have been doing so ever since.  I believe that my rounded experience helps me to see all sides of the transactions and be able to deal with questions/concerns in a more professional and knowledgeable manner.

I have seen the mortgage industry from a couple of different angles throughout the past 19 years and see the changes in the industry as a challenge we must face on together as an industry.  Together we can provide education, professionalism, help and empathy to those that are experiencing real estate hardships.  Together we can provide home ownership possibilities to buyers throughout these turbulent times.
