My Listings have sold in Sugar Hill, Suwanee, Duluth, Alpharetta and Downtown Atlanta, and know these particular target markets very well. I have also been a Buyers Representative assisting in Foreclosures, Short Sales and FHA Loans with First Time Home Buyers. In addition to this, I represent Mossy Oak Townhomes in Sugar Hill, GA and host the "North Atlanta Foreclosure Home Tours".
I have found Real Estate to be a rewarding career and have been extremely successful even in these times of economic change. I accomplihed to receive the "Rookie of the Year"  award for my first active year in as a Realtor. I have maximum Education hours required by real estate law, courses such as Pricing, Staging, Inspections, Deveristy & Inclusion: Enhancing Work Relationships, Knowing Contracts, Negotiations, Code of Ethics, CMA, FMLS, GaMLS and website classes. I also have my past education and experience in Accounting and Photography. I am a long term member of Toastmasters in Duluth. I have completed the full circle in leadership and been award for best speaker. On the committee of the PTSA at Duluth High School; and the NJROTC and Soccer Booster Clubs. I am very active, but enjoy every part of my life. Threw these accomplishments I have the ability to look to the future with confidence, knowing that tommorrow I can and will achieve greatness.
