As a buyer's agent I have settled many families in our area.  I have lived in the community all of my life and have enjoyed selling real estate for the past 9 years.  I know the Metro Des Moines area extremely well as I had my own business for 25 years before becoming an agent.  I have earned my CRS, CBR, RECS designations.  As one of the first agents in our office to have a personal website, I offer seller's many prospects because of the visitors to my site. I am an active member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.  I support a local program for children with cancer which is called Matt's Race for the Children's Cancer Program.  I also support Habitat for Humanity in our local community and an office drive for Kid's Coats each year providing warm coats for less fortunate kids in our schools.
