Hi!

I have been a full time real estate agent for over 3 years.  I work with buyers and sellers in a way that makes their real estate transaction as easy and as profitable as possible.  I have experience with first time home buyers, folks moving into active adult communities, people selling and moving to a larger home and with investors.  I belong to both investment and senior groups.  I conduct first time home buyer seminars for Burlington County Community Action Program and a variety of other organizations. 

My goal is to make you feel as if you are the only client that I have!  For sellers - I provide personal service with as much follow up as can possibly be provided.  I work with stagers to get your home ready to sell and have a group of professionals (plumbers, window replacers, painters, carpenters, roofers, heating/air conditioning, home inspectors, etc.) who will do whatever you need to have done. For buyers -  I listen to your needs and help you narrow the type of home, price and area that will work for you.  I can assist you in finding a mortgage company.  I work with you during the entire process and explain each step as we move from looking at homes, to making an offer, to settlement and moving into your new home.
