Ryan Loofboro has lived in Galveston County for 27 years and will expertly guide you in your search for real estate in Galveston County and the Bay Area of Texas. He has been selling real estate in the Bay Area for over ten years while growing the company he co-founded, Ryson Real Estate, since 2006.
Ryan is on the planning on zoning commission for the city of Dickinson, helping to make decisions to improve the growth and Development of the City. He has ranked in the top 15 percent of sales volume for six consecutive years in Galveston County and has vast experience in the property management sector. Ryan is the team leader for the Ryson Real Estate Bay Area location, recently earning his E-Pro Certification and achieving his Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation in 2010.
Along with his real estate license and other designations, Ryan is a certified federal disaster housing inspector, and completed course work in the mortgage industry to better assist buyers who are financing their home purchase. Ryan implemented real estate marketing campaigns in the cinema, and was featured on Channel 11's "Hot on Houston" for his involvement with Magnolia Estates, Tuscan Lakes and Bentwood at Bay Colony in Dickinson. In fall of 2011, he was featured in the homes section of the Houston Chronicle giving advice on the importance of good communication between realtor and client.
