| I recently went through a complicated divorce and as a result was forced to sell my beautiful home of 6 years. Unfortunately like most other homeowners in California and specifically in the East Bay the home was underwater. The bank would not negotiate with me to do a loan modification. My only option was a short sale. Having been in the mortgage business for 7 years prior and knowing very acutely that I needed an expert to handle this for me and I also needed someone I could trust. Being in the business for that many years I had a lot of people to pick from who could help me out. I spoke with three friends and three business colleagues about helping me. Hands down the best fit for me was Vito. I got more than 12 offers in the first 3 days of the listing!!! Vito and I sat down to determine what the best course was going to be to save time and make this happen. From the beginning through the end he was attentive, understanding of my "situation", honest, available, and most of all he drove the progress with the banks to get my home short sold in less than 4 months!!!
