Originally from West Granville, Massachusetts, I came to Southwest Florida in 1961 and have been a Florida Realtor since 1975. It has been quite an adventure getting to work with buyers and sellers as they buy or sell their Florida homes and property.  In the 1980s I spent a few years with Alliance Mortgage Company and become a vice president over a nationwide inventory of REO and Loss Mitigation.  I was able to work with Realtors all over the country as we sold bank owned properties.  In 1989 and 1990 we decided to sell a large inventory of homes in the "oil state" using on-site auctions, caravan style.  It was a quite a experience to launch this auction event with Daye Realtors and Auctioneers from Louisiana.  The auction was a great success and it was wonderful to work with a professonal like Jere Daye.   Since 1993 I have concentrated on working with sellers and buyers in Southwest Florida from Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, Arcadia, Englewood, Rotonda West and Venice areas.  I continue working with many asset managers on REOs as well as helping sellers with Short Sales.  The Logan & Atkins team are experienced full time agents and we work hand in hand to list, sell properties whether bank owned or non-distressed sales.  In addition to being a full time professional, I also have a passion for leadership and have served as Realtor association President, MLS President, Treasurer, Director, etc.  In addition I have served with Florida Realtors as State Director, Auction Marketing Chair, Realtor District Vice President and2012 Florida Realtor Leadership Academy Graduate.  My husband and I have grown children and, best of all, 20 grandchildren.  We are active in our church where I am a happy volunteer and work with the children ministries.  My life is full and overflowing.  I am energized with being able to help people sell or buy property as well as serve my community and relish my family and faith.
