Having been born and raised in Lancaster, OH with family and friends nearby, we strive to devote time and energy to our community. We believe in 'giving back' to those who also support our profession. Each of the partners has specialty areas and by co-listing and co-selling with our clients, they literally get two Realtors working on their behalf. Our experience and knowledge of this industry are unparalleled.
We strongly believe in the utilization of technology and what it brings to our industry. We are constantly increasing our presence on websites that will give our clients the most exposure possible. Presently we post all of our listings throughout the Internet and are constantly adding new websites for more exposure. We also do most of our communicating through email and texting, keeping up-to-date on our equipment for the best and highest quality of communication. Every one of our listings receives its own URL plus additional features that other Realtors may not have even heard of. Unique videos are also a part of our marketing plans.
We take our education very seriously and continue to further our knowledge to benefit our clients. Between the 2 of us, we hold several national and local designations and continue to take any classes that will give our clients advantages over utilizing our competitors. Our current designations include a GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and Relocation Specialists.

We specialize in 1st time homebuyers, distressed homesellers (short sales), foreclosures, residential property, rural land and farms, resort living, multi-family and 2nd homes. We are located just south of Columbus (our capital city) in an area of farming and lots of nature. Typically we work in Fairfield County and its contiguous counties; but we also cover the Muskingum River and Ohio River areas from central to southern Ohio. The Hocking Hills with its State Parks, rock formations, National Forest and recreation areas, is one of our favorite places to work. Life in Ohio is wonderful and full of many amenities for the young and old.
If there is an area that our clients are interested in viewing and we don't feel we have the knowledge of that market to do the best job possible for them, we will refer them to another Realtor that we feel will give them the best representation. It's not about just making a commission, it's about giving our clients an experience they will cherish forever along with having satisfied and grateful clients for many years to come.
