I have been in the Real Estate/Banking Industry for over 15 years.  I worked as an appraiser assistant since 1993 - 2002 for 2 well known banks that were merged with other banks.  I have been an appraiser for 5 years and opened my own company, Canyon Appraisals in 2005.  I have recently obtained a business license for my appraisal company.  I have a passion for real estate and homes.  I type very thorough appraisals and know what reviewers and underwriters expect from a report.
