I have worked in real estate since 2001, and have seen many changes to real estate.  I work mostly with sellers, but have also helped some buyers over the years.  Since 2008, I have specialized in assisting home sellers who need to short sale their home.  I am familiar with all aspects of the real estate process for both sellers and buyers, and work in Loudoun, Fairfax and Prince William counties.
