IT'S YOUR TIME TO SHINE

Lynnette Kling was cycling through her community on a peaceful day, enjoying some solitude and the beauty of Marin.  On this ride, she stopped off at the local high school and rediscovered a part of her youth.  A beautiful Olympic sized pool.  Instantly, she was transported to her college days, competing as a diver at the highest level.  The wonderful feeling of falling and slicing through the water gave her a renewed energy.  That was her time to shine and shine she did.

A Perfect 10

Once Lynnette learned there was an opening at the high school for a part-time diving coach, she adjusted her lifestyle, resigned from her successful career in sales and committed to helping students see their own potential.  While she pursued excellence and perfection in her own diving (placing in the national rankings two years in a row), Lynnette's first priority was and is to encourage her students to shine.  She understands how each child is different and has their own unique needs.  And when Lynnette makes a breakthrough with a student, whether it's a perfect dive or jumping off the board for the first time, she can see the wonderful transformation on their face.  They did it, which gives her a great deal of pride.

Restoring A Foundation

Lynnette's passion for helping children excel in diving built a foundation for her hobby of restoring the shine to some of Marin County's oldest homes.  She's currently working on her 1925 Spanish home, leaving its original charm and adding her own sense of style.  Every time she comes in contact with a new project, she takes in the personality of the structure; it's her goal to polish the distinct qualities and special accents.   Lynnette then uses her own talents and vision to transform the unkempt property into a living and breathing home.

The Perfect Match

By combining her passion to help others shine with her care for Marin County's oldest properties, Lynnette's created a solid foundation for her real estate career.  She appreciates the allure of each home and their distinctive construction, which is why she's focused completely on the vintage home market.  This specialty allows her to study homes from the mid 19th century up to the latter forties, so she can match her clients with the perfect home to suit their needs.  Lynnette believes that buying or selling a vintage home takes extra special handling because you're not only dealing with a property, but a part of the community's history.  For sellers, her thorough research and knowledge of the market not only ensures a quick and efficient sale but also a profitable return.  In this ever-changing market, Lynnette is completely focused on giving you results that shine.  If you're looking to buy or renovate a vintage home, Lynnette will sit down with you and talk about your needs and specific desires.  As an advantage, she'll lend her own background in renovation, so you have the proper tools to keep the character of a home, while adding your own flare and style.   Whether you're buying for yourself or for your family, her expertise in this field and determination to exceed your expectations will match you up with the perfect property.  When the time comes to make that next move and your desire is to live or sell a vintage home, make sure you have a professional who's an expert in the field.  As a vintage home specialist, Lynnette Kling's knowledge of the available homes is unsurpassed.  Owning a vintage home is a privilege and she looks forward to helping you live that dream.  It's Your Time to Shine, so call Lynnette today.
