Greetings!
I am extremely pleased to be a part of my native community - the U.S. Virgin Islands. I was born and raised in St. Croix, and after spending a considerable length of time in Georgia and the D.C. metro area, I have returned back home. I started spending half of the year here in the VI promoting financial literacy in the local high schools several years ago, as well as preparing to expand my mortgage services beyond the continental United States. After receiving our Virgin Islands mortgage license at the end of 2007, I decided it was time to return - permanently!
I absolutely love my islands! Growing up in the Virgin Islands gives me a unique perspective on the culture, topography, people, economy, food, and lifestyles. I've always enjoyed my frequent travels to the commerce hub of our islands - St. Thomas, and the lush island of St. John. St. Croix has always helped me to recharge and place life into perspective!

FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS
Buying a home for the first time can be an exciting and fulfilling experience. My goal in assisting the first time home buyer is to educate my clients on the entire process. As part of my service, I always provide a credit profile analysis, along with strategies to increase credit scores and pay down debt when necessary. In my experience, many people think they can't afford to buy a home, when in fact they can! My best advice to anyone who isn't sure if the time is right to purchase a home, is to get a referral for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mortgage loan officer. When I work with my clients, I discuss not just their desire to buy a home, but also their short and long term goals. It helps me to know the whole person so that I'm addressing all of their financial needs and concerns!
REFINANCING
Whether you need to refinance your construction loan into a fixed loan, your balloon loan or ARM bubble just burst or you need to tap your equity to start a business or consolidate loans, you can contact me for your refinancing needs. Need a home away from home? I've got you covered! If you need a second home, which you occupy for some portion of the year, that is located within a reasonable distance from your principal residence, I have a loan program just for you. Each scenario is different based on individual situations, so feel free to discuss your needs with me so I can assist with your purchase.

Do you own your piece of island paradise? If so, I have loan programs that will allow you to build modular, prefabricated, panelized, or sectional housing. Many of these homes offer buyers financial and creative flexibility. These homes can cost a fraction of standard homes, and allow you to enhance the sturcture of the home with additions of rooms at a later point.
