Get to Know Michelle Patrick
We are a family owned residential appraisal firm located in Hillsborough county. Our staff appraisers are all certified residential appraisers as well having several FHA roster appraisers. We have lived and worked in our service areas over 35 years and use multiple resource types to review each and every possible recorded sale for comparison. We all have back grounds in finance, banking, mortgage as well as real estate so we understand our clients needs from each perspective. We not only consistently add new clients we keep them with our focus on honest, ethical, reliable appraisal practices as well as top notch client services. Our head appraiser was trained by a local appraiser with over 20 years appraisal experience and has numerous peer contacts in our service areas.
As the market has changed we go with the flow and provide not only additional sales when available but local listings and market data to insure no hold ups in underwriting we do this at no addition cost to our clients. We provide "Certified Marketing Appraisals" at a discount for our realtor's clients to help promote fair market valuations for the buyers and sellers in our constantly changing market place.
As unfortunately Florida has ranked highly in mortgage fraud reviews we hope that you will take this opportunity to work with appraisers who practice ethical appraisals in a timely fashion. We are currently servicing Hillsborough, Hernando, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota as our primary counties but will go to Desoto and Hardee as needed for our clients. We are already on every National lenders approved list so as to speed the underwriting process.
We accept credit cards and cash and provide full receipt with appraisal for closing statements as needed.
