The cornerstone of any relationship is communication and my goal as your Realtor is for you to feel confident that I've listened to your needs and exceeded your expectations in representing you. Buying or Selling a home is one of the most important decisions you'll make and I don't take that lightly.
I'm privileged to work for a company that leads the pack in the latest internet marketing and research tools available in the Real Estate Industry which coupled with my exceptional level of service and negotiation skills, enables me to serve you best in this competitive marketplace.
In addition to representing you in the standard Buying and Selling marketplace, I also am a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist as well as a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Working in today’s competitive and diverse real estate market brings a new set of challenges (or opportunities!) every day. I have lived and worked in the Saddleback Valley for over 24 years. Our family has lived most of those years in Rancho Santa Margarita, where we’ve raised 3 children and now have 3 grandchildren living in the local area as well. Needless to say, I know and love South Orange County!

| When we decided to list our home we had a number of factors to consider. It was a huge move for us and choosing the right agent was the critical decision; Do we use the neighborhood expert, a known go-getter, a referral, a friend,...? Who do we have the trust and confidence in? Do they have the resources to effectively market our place? Are they professional? Competent? Responsive? Sensitive to our situation and needs? Lisa was an easy "yes" to all of the above and even more we didn't think of. She was helpful in guiding us in areas we were unfamiliar with and always represented our interests...realistically and effectively. Her understanding the evolving nature of the SoCal real estate market, the impact timing has,and knowing when and what to negotiate made what could have been a complicated sale an easier process. | My wife and I were first-time buyers who could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Lisa. She was very patient and informative as we spent several weekends across several months driving around south orange county in search of our first home. She was very prompt in her email responses to our myriad of questions. Lisa was meticulous at pointing out loop holes and pitfalls and, in the process, helped us avoid potential bad buys. Shortly after we found our "move-in ready" dream home in Aliso Viejo, my wife and I went on a vacation to Canada. This was a tricky time as we had just put in an offer before leaving but Lisa expertly negotiated with the seller on our behalf to a pricing point below asking price. In fact, she was so nice that she actually took care of arranging for a home inspection for us while we were out of town so that we could get the ball rolling to be able to start the escrow process and close quickly. It only took 3 weeks to close thanks to her proactive work. After we moved into the house, we did run into a couple of small issues which the home inspector missed. Since Lisa knew the home inspector very well, he quickly remedied the issues at absolutely no cost to us! I would strongly recommend Lisa to home buyers out there looking for a friendly, patient and informative real estate agent who follows through from finding the right house to closing the deal and beyond. |

| We have known Lisa for several years now. Lisa first helped us find a very nice home to rent in Coto de Caza, and her experience and passion in her profession was refreshing due to bad experiences with other local realtors in the past. Once we were ready to purchase our home at the beginning of 2012, we called Lisa Piltz again. Lisa's attitude and personality made the process that much better, and this same attitude and personality was such a useful tool as listing agents and other people that are part of the process enjoy her as well. If you have a bad agent with a bad attitude, people won't want to work with them and you will miss great opportunities.
