     Our areas of specialization include working with investors on their purchase and sales of one-to-four unit single family residences, and/or rehab and resale ("flip") properties. As investors ourselves, we are keenly aware of the needs and concerns of real estate investors in our market. We also enjoy helping our friends, colleagues from the medical community, and neighbors with their home buying and selling needs.

    Our business model is technology-intensive and client-oriented. Our REALTORS® are Eco-Broker, NAR GREEN, and e-PRO certified. We work from tablet PCs that allow on-screen signatures of documents with immediate forwarding to our clients and all other parties. We strive to minimize the endless reams of wasted paper so common in the real estate industry, and may be as likely to meet you on our bikes as in our cars.

    We have great interest and advanced training in energy-efficient, sustainable, and health-oriented building standards, and follow these practices to the greatest extent possible in our own homes and lives. PV solar or wind power, sustainable gardening, community-supported agriculture, and the effects on health of indoor air quality are among our passions. We enjoy sharing these philosophies with our friends old and new; even the ones that tease us about being "tree-huggers" have no problem with the concept of saving money or providing a healthier environment for their families!

    Our clients benefit from our ability to identify and market the energy-efficient and other green features of their existing homes, or to make simple changes that can be promoted to increasingly savvy buyers. Our buyer clients value our expertise during their search for a new home that will meet all of their needs while providing energy savings and a healthy environment, or that has the potential to do so after cost-effective retrofitting or upgrading.
