Living in a little community has let plenty of opportunities for a variety of experience. Starting out as a 1st. time home buyer agent I had to educate 1st time buyers. Calm their fears and keep them informed . Walking them through the whole process from finding a home and a lender. to closing.It is very rewarding to see them move in to their first home. One of my favorite listings is working with a reputable contractor to sell his new construction.Currently working with a developer to develope a new sub division has taught me how the process goes. I am having the opportunity to help take this project through from surveyer and planning and zoning. A big challenge was the first short sale I helped my client complete. Wow what a challenge. working with the bank , the seller and the asset manager,and keeping it all together. Never Dull. If I don't know I'll find out .
