After a 30-year career as a senior retail executive, Paul entered real estate looking fo an entrepreneurial adventure. After qualifying and acquiring his brokers license, Paul has also achieved the GRI designation and is a member of the 100% club for sales excellence. He was among the first in the country to achieve the Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist Certification and has also achieved the SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist certification.  Currently, Paul is completing requirements for the Certified International Property Specialist designation. Schooled in business and investment analysis, Paul is also a member of the Long Island Commercial Brokers Network.  In 2005, Paul has also acquired his Florida Brokers License.
