Lianna joined JohnHart Real Estate as a broker with a diverse background. She obtained a Masters degree in Sociology and Social Work in 1999 and started a career in the healthcare industry by working as a Program Director in ADHC. Her duties included developing program in accordance with the needs of the participants served, implementing and coordinating the program, supervising employees, and controlling assessment and reassessment processes. 

After working as a program director for almost 12 years, Lianna decided to make a career change into the real estate industry. She received her broker’s license and began her career at JohnHart Real Estate. As a trilingual speaker, she is able to branch out in not only the English community, but the Armenian and Russian communities as well. Her experiences have made her a very understanding person who knows what her clients need. She is a very supportive and helpful person and looks out for the best interest of each client. Having her been certified in BPO's as well as a Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist, Lianna is well rounded in the industry. She is also constantly training and learning and will soon pursue her Loan Officer license as well where she will be able to help her clients in almost all real estate needs.
