Lynne was able to provide an invaluable sales strategy, give great advice that paid off, and connected me with any other resource I needed to sell my condo. After doing some work in the condo, my home went under contract in less than a week. Lynne handled everything having to do with my contract and the sale. | I had a superlative experience with Lynne. My home sold far, far faster than I expected. Lynne is an excellent communicator, and stayed in touch with me on every step of the process. She offered advice and recommendations, but wasn't pushy at all. I had a particularly picky buyer, but Lynne and I discussed every point and Lynne negotiated everything to my satisfaction. | Lynne Horner was an awesome listing agent! She helped guide us through the home-selling process from start to finish. Lynne gave us suggestions for inexpensive ways to prep our home for sale, helped us come up with a list price that was consistent with the current market, and encouraged us to hold firm on the price when we were starting to think we should drop the price. She is a good negotiator and we ended up selling for a higher price than we thought we would. She is also very responsive and helped push us through the closing process. I hope we don't have to sell again anytime soon, but if we do, we'll go with Lynne again in a heartbeat! |

| Lynne Horner was an absolute superb professional in her service to us in the selling of our home in Burke, Virginia. She toured the home carefully and presented us with a series of suggestions on ways to immediately improve the sale value of our home. She staged furniture within the home to present it in the best light. She hosted Open House events and promoted the home in flyers and advertisements throughout the region. She kept us carefully informed as to inquiries as well as fluctuations within the market. She was always available to us, responding to our phone calls and texts quickly. Ultimately she found us the right buyer at the right price for our home and quickly brought the deal to culmination with all parties walking away satisfied.
