Inspired by her desire to help people, Leslie began her real estate career in
2000. Specializing in residential real estate, Leslie’s strong work ethic,
coupled with her servant attitude, has gained her a reputation as an agent
that is greatly in demand. For those planning to buy or sell a home or
considering a move to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Leslie’s character,

In addition to having extensive knowledge of real estate, Leslie holds her
Broker’s License as well as a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Western
Michigan University. An active member of the community, her church and a
member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
Leslie began Your Team Realty, Inc in 2008 after having been a manager
and trainer at two other local real estate offices. Bringing the experience
from there as well as a 14 year Occupational Therapy Management career,
Leslie shows agents how to have a career as well as balance in their lives.

I have been a Realtor since 2000 and believe that in order to give my clients and customers the service that they are entitled to, I need to be knowledgable of all areas of the Residential Sales market. I don't just sell a house, I educate my buyers and sellers about the process. To me, selling real estate is about relationship building, learning what the client wants/needs and finding the right fit/solution. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I enjoy training new agents and coaching existing agents. I practice a few specialty areas such as foreclosures, short sales and relocations. I also work with multifamily units up to fourplexes and residential land sales.
