As I enter my 21st year in Real Estate sales, I can honestly say I am more excited than ever! I have built a solid career on a philosophy of clientrelationship based on honesty, integrity, and dedication. As an agent selling about 650 homes, it was vital to establish The Mendenhall Group. (SRES), education in the Real Estate needs of Seniors, Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), an intensive education in the intricacies of Real Estate, and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), also referred to as the Doctorate of Real Estate, a series of courses delving into all aspects of Real Estate. I have more than 10 years experience with Re/Max in addition to extensive experience in new construction and first time home buying. For the last three an a half years I have been enrolled in many courses in Keller Williams University in Austin, Texas.
