'm a real person.. Most of my clients are real people too. We're the ones who survived the recession by creating value and trusting our initiative. Homes are selling at some of the best prices in a long time. Interest rates are the lowest in a long time. My mission is to assist those who want to capitalize on the opportunity that is pricing the current real estate market. And I'm doing it in my flip-flops! Le was an award-winning agent at a leading national residential real estate brokerage. During her tenure, Le’s sales performance helped the company to become one of Atlanta's top real estate firm in gross sales. Le became licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2002 . Her love for the real estate industry grew from the joy of educating her clients about the types of loans that were available for them. Her specialty is helping clients reach their dream of home ownership and walking them through the closing process. Le realized that by getting her real estate license she would be able to use her education and counseling background to guide her clients through the maze of appraisals, documents, marketing, loan requirements, inspections, and disclosures to arrive at the successful closing of their new home. It has been so much more rewarding to her to represent each client’s best interest from initial contact to closing.
