My name is Terry Jones and I am a Certified Professional Inspector and Licensed Contractor. My wife Debbie and I work as a husband and wife team inspecting residential properties. We are a small family held business focused on serving our customers. I have been involved in real estate consulting, inspection services, residential remodeling and repair, custom home-building, commercial construction, general contracting and specialty building trades for over 30 years. I bring to the table a high level of experience and building knowledge, coupled with a rigorous Continuing Education program designed to keep me on the razor's edge of current building and inspection trends. InterNACHI membership gives me an advantage through their educational resources, and they allow me to follow up on any number of new issues as they arise. After years of remodeling homes, fixing this, and building that I know how it should be done and what problems can occur. From firsthand experience I can ascertain how serious the problem can be and what should be done about it. This is really a huge plus for my customers, as it allows them to benefit a great deal from my multifaceted construction background. This translates to a more thorough, complete inspection for the customer. I enjoy talking to people about their homes and the purchase they are about to make.
