Leann has managed over 200 rental properties for her clients in South Lake Tahoe as she was a Property Manager for Vail Resorts Accommodation Station. This allows her to consult with her clients to discuss the various options when investing in a Tahoe rental property. Leann and her family have a long history of involvement in the real estate industry; they have purchased, designed, developed, managed, renovated and sold single family and multi-family properties in Maui, Santa Cruz and San Jose. Her role in sales and acquisitions for a private real estate investment company allowed her to acquire skills such as contract negotiation, investment analysis and escrow management. She considers all possible scenarios when negotiating on her clients’ behalf in order to ensure the best possible outcome for their desired results.
