Bob Baker -- Contract Manager
Responsiblity: Bob is a Board Member of CCAR, TREC, GRI , Women Council of Realtors and Instructor at Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School. He reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure a smooth transaction and provides guidance through the negotiation process and closing process. In addition, he communicates regulations that the TREC requires for all agent-client fiduciary relations.
Holly McKee, Transaction Coordinator
Responsibility: Assists our clients through the "contract to closing" process. This includes interacting with all those involved in the transactions. This includes lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, etcs. Her objective is to handle any problems that can arise between the date the contract signed and the client moves into or out of their home. Holly is a licensed Realtor and puts the "pro" in "process"
