I have many years of experience in the real estate industry. As a former loan officer and Vice President of a Phoenix advertising agency I have been provided a depth of knowledge hard to equal when it comes to real estate agents in Arizona. I have completed hundreds of transactions on high and low end homes. Several attorneys and bankers jokingly refer to me as the "Queen of short sales". This is because I've been gifted with a 100% track record so far and have recently closed about 60 short sales.
I have a high energy level, focus on detail and am gregarious. As such, people tend to remember me and I seem to virtually own the loyalty of those that I have conducted business with in the past. This means that much (not all) of my business comes from personal referrals. I feel an obligation to anyone who refers me. Therefore, I rarely turn anyone down. I have sold condos for well under $20,000 and luxury homes as well. I work just as hard on the small sales as the big sales. Other realtors think I am crazy to deal with small transactions that barely cover my gasoline cost. However, it is not about money. It is about pride and devotion to my clients. It is also about the fact that I truly love what I do. I am passionate about it.
