April, 2004- Present - Currently a Full Time Licensed Real Estate Broker / Owner of my own company. As both a Buyers Agent and Selling Agent, am responsible for all aspects of the buying and/or selling process. This includes property presentation, contract writing, negotiations, building inspections and resolution, final walk-thru and closing with Buyers. When working with Sellers, responsibilities may include pre-listing marketing strategizing (including potential pricing), contract preparation, marketing, hosting both open houses and agent tours, contract presentation and negotiation, municipal and building inspections and resolutions, and the closing process. With both aspects of real estate referred to above, additional responsibilities include client education, communication, negotiation and facilitation with other parties (which can include other agents, inspectors, loan officers and title companies), performing all duties with honesty, a high degree of customer service, and a commitment to quality and ethics.
Additional prior responsibilities included operating as the Pre-License Trainer for those potential agents who require additional assistance and training in preparation for the National & Missouri Real Estate Salespersons' Exam. I have also provided web-site training to existing agents during the launch of corporate and personal websites.
Awarded "Rookie of the Month" in both closed business and gross commission income during January, 2005.

Certified Skilled Negotiator (CSN) - designed to assist when negotiating for sellers
Graduate, Realtor Institute Designation (GRI) - an additional 90 hours of training in real estate, covering topics which include marketing, financing, new home construction, etc.
Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation - designed to assist with working with buyers
