MY JOURNEY:

Born in Long Beach, raised in Long Beach, work in Long Beach, live in Long Beach. It’s safe to say I’m crazy about Long Beach. Although, there was a three-year period where I used to live in downtown Los Angeles as I attended the University of Southern California. It was summertime right after my third year of college when I was offered the opportunity to work as a buyer for a big Jewelry Company. Several years later, I embarked and found my true desire “real estate.”

My start in the real estate business is not conventional. I first started out as an investor; I started out by purchasing vacant lots, spec-building homes, and hiring real estate agents to sell them. After successfully building single-family homes, I made the jump to investing in multi-family units. And in 2001, I obtained my real estate license. Today I am a licensed broker, and I run a successful real estate investment company.
