GREETINGS!

     My Name is Laura Baase. I am originally from South Dakota, yes, I have been to Sturgis, my husband and I own a home just 4 miles from Sturgis. Todd & I have been married for 15 years. He is retired from Navy and now works for the Burnham Institude in La Jolla. We have raised two of Todd's children. So currently we are working on raising our two Golden Retrievers Dakotah (Mom) & Cheyanne (daughter). We have lived in the San Diego Area for the last 21 years with the exceptation of three years the Navy felt we should experience Great Lake, IL.

    I would like to let anyone that reads this know that I will do what ever I can to help you reach your goals but not advise you to place yourself in a position that will not be enjoyable for years to come. I am a very honest, straight shooter, reliable, can do person. I honestly have to say that I Love this Job.

     I can hear some of you thinking as you read this; "all of this sounds great but do you know what you are doing?" So I will give you my creditials.

     I have been in the industry for the past 21 years. I have been employed by a number of different lenders such as Countrywide, GMAC Mortgage, Comunity Lending and some that are no longer around. With these different lenders, I have done the following jobs, set up, processing, Underwriter Assistance, doc drawing, loan funding, government guaranteeing (VA loans) & insuring (FHA Loans). I  own my own contract processing business for the past 9 years and I have held my real estate license here in California for the past 6 years.

     I feel that with my knowledge of the lending and what it takes for a potiential Buyer to own a house I am a great asset when you are looking to purchase a home. I am current on the types of programs that are out there. I can help you be qualified and have the home loan ready to go while at the same time we are looking for "Your New Home". That way when we find "the one" we can show the seller that we are serious and we can meet or exceed time lines that you need. I have been told that by having the loan handled ahead of time the buyer can focus more on the home they are buying without feeling so overwhelmed.
