For over 15 years I have been a part of the Mid-Atlantic equestrian scene participating in many equestrian events up and down the east coast. If you are interested in buying or selling an equestrian property call me. Buying or selling a farm or farmette is not like other sales. There may be AG tax, financing is not obtained through normal sources, co-ordinating moving yourself and your animals can require a little extra planning and organization.
