Yes, We do, do ALL facets(Staging) of Interior Design, ALL Budgets. I even have items we can provide for Staging to "like" rent them to the staging project.. Last summer we had a house the owners tried to sell for 8 months on their own> We left it that way for a couple weeks with no showings. Then we asked them how about letting us stage it, and explained what it was and how that would work and benefit the sale of their house. When I went in there they had a lot of stuff around, furniture lined up along walls,,,all white walls... a big long empty room upstairs, very plain and no rhyme or reason...I looked around to see what they had we could use, then I had stuff moved all around and re-arranged. I brought in a brunch of items I had, some small furniture. prints, florals, valances ,rugs, decor items ect. What a complete difference!! The owner even commented she mighthave to stay!! It took about 10 hours total ( picking out, loading, travel and all). The first week we had 8 showings and it contiued to get shown on a regular basis. We had an offer within month of staging it..We also had a second house...the same way. The first house was just a small cape @ 289,900. The second was closer to 500,000 range.
