Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was in Sales and Sales Management for several big ticket financing and leasing companies.  I called on CEO's and CFO's of major corporations and averaged $25-30 million in sales per year.  I felt this backround enabled me to enter the real estate field much more prepared than others. Being in sales previously, I knew that you don't get paid until the deal is done.  The buck does stop here! Attention to detail, listening skills, people skills and above all, the ability to keep a transaction together were all honed in my previous career.  Although I have been in the real estate business for five years, my sales volume has been increasing dramatically each year.  I attained the Presidents Club level along with several Leadership Circle Awards the last several years.  I have been humbled by some of the gracious Testimonials I have received from my clients as to the hard work and diligence I provided them.  I truly love this business and enjoy bringing buyers and sellers together. I am currently working toward my Certified Residential Specialist designation.

I am a strong believer in giving back to my community.  I belong to the York Kiwanis Club and was their President from 2005-07.  I also have done volunteer work for the York Community Food Pantry and the York Historical Society.  I am the liaison between the Kiwanis Club and the Key Club at the High School as well as being an Ambassador for the York County Chamber of Commerce.  I enjoy jogging, golf and walks along the beach with my wife.  We have two grown children.
