Larry Brush is the president of WLA and its broker of record. Larry founded WLA to exercise the many skills he’s acquired in the real estate field over his 15 year career. With extensive dealings in residential and commercial brokerage as well as property development, Larry sought to bring a unique company into the market that is tooled for this wide range of services after observing that many competitors only focus on one single aspect of the market. With this breadth of experience Larry and his team offer better guidance to clients, many who have a variety of real estate needs throughout different asset classes, and thus truly benefit from one trusted advisor in all of their transactions.

WLA has a range of experience in commercial brokerage covering all asset classes, from Office and Industrial to Retail and Investment Sales. We provide direction to our clients when they need to lease or sell their property by developing a strategic plan that will target the appropriate market, set prices that achieve their goals while still remaining attractive to that market, and aggressively seek prospects through our large network of existing clients, the brokerage community, and new prospects whose business model fits the parameters of the asset.

As a tenant or buyer representative, we identify the client’s needs, provide support to justify the acquisition through financial modeling, and enter the marketplace on their behalf to vet the best options. We typically offer up a host of “off-market” opportunities during this type of search, using our network of owners and landlords to offer the client the widest array of options. With our familiarity with the market and by closely watching transactional data we negotiate firmly for the best terms, ensuring the client receives a very competitive sale or lease price.

Residential Brokerage

With hundreds of residential real estate transactions behind us, our team has the experience and knowledge to lead a client through the process of their transaction. While representing landlords or sellers, we have acute knowledge of the Northern New Jersey market and can tailor a marketing plan to the property to optimize exposure and attract qualified prospects. We continue our work throughout the transaction, vetting the prospect, soliciting offers and managing the transaction to completion. Our strong relationships with many service providers in the industry, from lenders to attorneys to movers, ensure a smooth transaction to help the client achieve their goals.

As a tenant or buyer representative, we take our market knowledge and leverage that against identifying the right property for the client. We negotiate on their behalf based on the parameters we’ve set together, and negotiate aggressively to ensure their investment will be a sound one. Our strong financial background allows us to educate the client on the true costs of the property, allowing them to proceed confidently in what can be an overwhelming process when not managed without expert guidance.
