| I was prepared for a hassle in getting our garage door looked at, but it was simple and the Landmark staff made it super easy and were helpful and kind. The young man with Action Garage Doors was extremely polite and willing to answer questions for things that we can do in the future to ensure our garage door operates consistently. He dealt with Landmark directly which made the service even more easy and streamlined. I was extremely impressed all the way around. |

| Aida was OUTSTANDING, and really went out of her way to fix a very tiresome problem that I had dealt with all week with previous a previous A/C Company (Pollard Heating and Air) not showing up—having cancelled AFTER their technician told me to meet me at the townhouse, that he was on his way. And, after a long week of getting the complete runaround with them, Aida stepped in and got me set up with Tingey. Top notch employee. Tingey Plumbing & Heating - They, too, went out of their way to end my "A/C Nightmare.” They were prompt, and went above and beyond their scope of employment to fit my into their very busy schedule. Their scheduler went out of HER way to keep me appraised of the timing of their technician via several phone calls directly to my cellphone. Would absolutely use them again, if ever needed. And highly recommend them to my friends and family. P.S…the technician was courteous, quick, and pleasant with which to work. Thanks for being such a great business with which to work. |

| Landmark has been fantastic to deal with in every way. We have had no complaints. It’s funny because when the sellers chose to give us a warranty, I had no idea which company to choose. We have never regretted our decision. Our experience with Landmark has been great with every request we have ever made of you all. We have been so happy with the service you have given us, and the contractors you have sent have all been excellent! John Rock with Four Corners Plumbing is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and does a great job at fixing what needs to be fixed. He explains in detail everything and does only what is necessary to repair. He doesn’t try to oversell you. He is by far the best plumber I have encountered. |

| Meaghan with Landmark was very courteous and expedited our claim. Our A/C went out, and we live in a hot environment with our two year old child. Meaghan made sure our call was expedited. She provided us with great customer service. Nick with Code Blue Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer questions and explain in detail the corrections he was making to the A/C unit. I learned quite a bit from him. He even gave us maintenance suggestions for extending the life of our A/C. We would definitely recommend Code Blue to others. |
