| 09/15/2015 - Kari Bonham Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Westminster, CO. I am a first time home-buyer, had no idea what I was doing, and after trying to work with another agent was at my wit's end. My son found LaDawn online and she has been an absolute Godsend. | Details Wonderful Agent LaDawn went beyond what I consider a real estate agents way to be helpful during this process. She was very thorough and had some wonderful suggestions to help us get our house ready to sell. She was available to answer all our questions and was able to take us around to look at houses when we needed to. I also felt that LaDawn had a very professional attitude while maintaining a friendly persona. Moving can be very stressful and LaDawn did her best to guide us and advise us when needed. |

| Details We love LaDawn My wife and I would like to recommend LaDawn Westbrook for her skills and competence as a realtor. We were first time home buyers and were apprehensive in choosing a realtor. We experienced several realtors referred to on listings, but after meeting them we felt that these people were inattentive to our needs. We referred to LaDawn through an acquaintance and call her for an appointment. During our first interview with LaDawn, she was very professional and explained the home buying process to us. She had us make our ´wish list´ and that became the criteria for our shopping for a home. LaDawn did her best to provide us with homes that we were interested to look at. During a showing, she would comment on existing conditions and things that needed to be fixed before move-in and upgrades we might want to do. After a showing, she would quiz us on how the house ranked compared to what we wanted, and added her own thoughts concerning the property we had inspected. Her critiques were honest and objective and pretty much on par with the observations of my wife and myself. LaDawn made us feel as though her schedule was completely open for us by accommodating our requests and showing a properties on short notice. My wife and I never felt rushed or pushed to go into any direction other than houses that we were interested in. My wife and I also did our homework. When LaDawn would send us a listing, we would scour the internet about the property, and if we liked the location and the specifics about the house, we would go and do a ´drive-by´, later we would contact LaDawn to provide us with a formal showing. We worked with LaDawn for 18 months before my wife and I found a house that we liked. During that time, we took a 5 month hiatus from house hunting because personal reasons, and when we started looking again, LaDawn just picked up where we left off before our break. LaDawn also provided valuable input during the contractual period, which enabled us to make the best financial decisions. She recommended specialists for inspections and surveying. All responses to our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Her patience with us and our lack of understanding was beyond that of a realtor, but more resembling a friend. My wife and I wouldn´t hesitate to recommend LaDawn Westbrook to any person who is looking to buy or sell a home. We would also seek her service in any of our future real estate transactions.
