My husband, Jerry and I are both Charlotte natives. Since we grew up on the "river", we wanted our children to have all the experiences we had on Lake Wylie! We moved to Lake Wylie in February 2004 with our two sons, Christian and Kyle, our daughter Katie and our Springer Spaniel, Montana.
During my time off I am school volunteer, Girl Scout leader, I serve on the Neighborhood Welcoming Committee, Neighborhood Watch Committee, School Improvement Council, and I am a member of the Catawba River Keepers.
Being a native to Charlotte and the surrounding area I have watched it grow from a big town into a sprawling city. My family and I are invested in it's future and my extensive knowledge and love of the Carolina's is sure to leave you confident while making your real estate decisions.
I feel when working with buyers or sellers my biggest attribute is listening to my clients. I realize that besides being a family's largest investment, buying a home is a personal and emotional decision. It gives me a great deal of satisfaction to help my buyer clients find the home that they are dreaming about at a price that makes them feel comfortable. I love when my seller clients sell their home with as little stress as possible and are confident we have negotiated the best price.
