Within his first two years of real estate, Kyle was recognized as one of the top 3% of agents in the Northern Bay Area, and in 2015 represented the buyer in the highest priced transaction in Sonoma County for the first half of the year.  Kyle specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in Sonoma, Napa, & Marin County.  He is regularly featured on The Loan Show with George Adair to offer advice on a number of Real Estate topics, ranging from marketing techniques for selling luxury estates, to strategies on how to get offers accepted in the highly competitive Bay Area market.

During the purchase of his first home, Kyle found himself with a strong interest in Real Estate and quickly put his skills to work for the top Real Estate brokerage in his market by selling 12 homes in his first 4 months as a Realtor!  Leveraging his prior experience in the hospitality industry, Kyle is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, innovative marketing techniques, and as an aggressive and skilled negotiator for his clients.  Kyle not only executes transactions in record time, but also believes in his duty to educate his clients along every step of the way.  Giving his clients top-notch information and market insights allows them to make the best decisions possible with their investment.  His knowledge and diligent study of the North Bay Area market, along with his honesty and integrity during every deal, have gained Kyle respect with other top agents in this area.

After living in Santa Rosa and Sonoma, Kyle now lives in Petaluma with his wife Alyson and their two dogs.  In their free time they enjoy experiencing the rich food and wine culture this area has to offer, as well as taking their dogs on hikes to see our county’s beautiful landscapes.  Alyson works in Marin County as a sales coordinator for a well-known local natural bath and beauty product company.
