| Once we decided to relocate to Ventura County we started our search for a real estate agent on the internet. We found Ken Wallis through his ad on Zillow.com. What a lucky find! | I'm a buyer. More than that, I'm a low income buyer. I've worked with other agents who have not even given me the time of day. I've been working with Ken for quite awhile now, and he has never given up on me. I'm currently in escrow, and I expect I will be in my new home shortly. During this whole process, Ken has been the consummate professional. He is constantly educating himself so that he can be on the cusp of all the changes that are constantly occurring in the real market/profession. With Ken, I have never felt hurried or pressured.
