I've been in business, in one form or another, for over 35 years - as Project and Territory Manager for over 20 years and then as a Realtor since 2005.

Real estate is very satisfying work and has allowed me to make long term friendships with some really great people and families. I get excited about that with every new introduction.

During all this time it has never been about 'selling' in the sense that most folks define it. My job is to know the market and how to interpret information correctly so my client is properly informed to make solid decisions that are truly in their interests, then use my experience and skill to negotiate what is possible.

This requires careful listening, which means the client also has a serious responsibility to communicate - it's a partnership.

My clients are always encouraged to make decisions that are right for them, and to take whatever time is needed to feel right about what they are doing.
