My job is to know the market and how to interpret information correctly so my client is properly informed to make solid decisions that are truly in their interests, then use my experience and skill to negotiate what is possible.
This requires careful listening, which means the client also has a serious responsibility to communicate - it's a partnership.
My clients are always encouraged to make decisions that are right for them, and to take whatever time is needed to feel right about what they are doing.
