I am a real estate investor. I buy, sell, rent, lease option, and rehab properties. My business name is Badger Real Estate Investments. Also, I am looking for some recreational land within 3 hours of Madison. Ideally it would have water frontage on a lake that allows ski boats, and it would be 2 or more acres.
I specialize in helping people in foreclosure. I can show people some alternative solutions to foreclosure. If they need to sell their house I can buy it directly from them if they have equity, or I can work a short sale with the bank if they have little to no equity.
I also have several rental units. Currently I have two duplexes available for rent. One duplex is on the west side of Madison and is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, with a one car garage.
