I grew up in EL Dorado, KS and moved to the Manhattan area after graduating from Butler County Community College

in 2001 with Associates in Science. I continued my education at Kansas State University, graduating in 2005 with a

Bachelors degree in Personal Financial Planning and a minor in Business Administration. I then managed Woodway,

Founder's Hill and Campus East Apartments for First Management Inc. After a few years of property management I

decided begin my career in real estate and have since become very familiar with the Manhattan market, as well as the

markets of the surrounding communities.

I married my husband, Matt Teel, in 2005 and together, we have a son, Connor. As a family, we are very involved with

the military affairs, our church and community, as well as being outdoors. I love living and working in the Manhattan

area and would be honored to help you with your real estate needs. I am passionate in my real estate career and would
