| Kristee was the most organized aggressive agent Ive ever dealt with. She was so helpful down to the smallest detail. She is always available and is a great problem solver and negotiator. She helped with marketing on many levels, even social media and strategic pricing. I have not come across a better broker and it shows in her high number of listings and closings. | The process of selling and buying a home can be extremely time consuming and frustrating. However, Kristee went above and beyond in taking care of all the details and making the process as smooth as possible. Her skills as an agent are remarkable. We purchased a home being built and it was very comforting to have her by our side making sure everything was covered. Even after we closed, she continued to follow up. | kristee is an amazing relator, she doesn't push you and will tell you right away that this house is not what our looking for. Even after the sale is over she continues to be very helpful. She is always available and hasty to return your calls. when and if I go to sell and rebuy she will be my first and only choice. |

| Kristee is phenomenal. She anticipated our needs and questions before we even thought to ask them. She responds instantly to all emails, calls or texts, even late at night or on the weekends.She is an incredible negotiator and very genuine person. Kristee always makes you feel like you are her only client. If you choose her to represent you, you will not be disappointed. Kristee wanted to see us in a house we loved. She would caution us against buying houses that didn't meet the needs we had expressed to her. Kristee worked hard to negotiate the best deal we could get for our house and we were very happy with the savings we received as a result. At one of the first houses we visited, I mentioned to my husband that I liked the yard a lot but I wasn't sure the trees were small enough that we could cut them down without talking to the city. Within an hour Kristee forwarded us an email exchange she had had with an Austin Arborist saying the diameters of the trees were small enough that they could be cut down without asking the city. She had found the tree measurements and checked in with an arborist without us even mentioning anything to her. This is just one of many examples we have of Kristee anticipating our questions and needs. Kristee kept on top of the time table during closing and was instrumental in making sure everyone stayed on time. As a result of her diligence we ended up closing WAY ahead of schedule. Kristee has received many awards and sells an incredible amount of properties each year. It's amazing that at the same time she is the sweetest person I've worked with in any field and genuinely cares about her clients. I can't say enough about how much she helped us! |

| Kristee helped me find my perfect downtown condo! She spent many hours with me making sure to find the right building for my needs. Once we found the building I wanted she helped me find the right unit for my budget and investment. She helped in the negotiation process and we got the perfect condo at the perfect price!
