| Refinance Wizard! Kim was great to work with! She quickly navigated us through the entire process and made it as painless as possible. She explained all the changes in the recent laws and guided us to saving money not only on the mortgage but pointed out where we were overpaying on the insurance too. She looked at the total package and was able to deliver a significant savings in two areas. She was very pleasant and cordial to work with and I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know shopping for a mortgage or refi.
