It's about recovery folks. Pure and simple. We had a crash and with every crash there is a recovery. We have all heard about the "vultures" in the stock market that sell short as the market wends it's way downward. They make money as other investors lose it hand over fist.
We can't position ourselves short in the housing market, but we can BUY SHORT!!!
Banks know that they screwed up. It is all over the news. Banks lose. How do you profit from this? By BUYING SHORT!!!

I'll say it again. SHORT SALES. This is where money is made in this market. Every deal I have had in Escrow this year is a short sale. EVERY ONE!!! If you want a good deal on real estate, forget about the others and focus on short sales. This applies to both owner-occupants and investors.
