Kirk J. Halpin is the Managing Partner and founder of The Law Offices of Kirk Halpin & Associates, P.A. Kirk has significant experience in representing clients owning, developing, subdividing, rezoning, leasing, managing and financing various real estate projects from single family residential to multi-family apartment, and from office, restaurant and retail uses to industrial, manufacturing and flex space. Kirk represents property owners, commercial landlords and tenants, home builders, developers, mortgage companies, title companies, real estate brokers and investors.
Kirk also has considerable experience in representing local banks, mezzanine lenders and commercial borrowers in many transactions throughout the area including refinancing a $20+ million cell tower loan package secured by properties throughout the USA and closing a $45+ million purchase of leasehold interests in a nationwide portfolio of gas stations.
Kirk Halpin is a cum laude graduate from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland. Kirk is an active member of the Real Estate Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Howard County Bar Association, and a 2000 graduate from Leadership Howard County. Kirk lives in Columbia, Maryland.
